I'm on day 3 of pre-op diet, surg scheduled June 27. Protein shakes + 1 small meal/day, no meat,fish,chicken, low carb, also. First two days were ok, but felt a bit hungry. Woke up this a.m. Feeling great, I am motivated to stick with it so my body is in great shape for the surgery. Pre-op diet is only two weeks. I can do this!
