Hi Everyone,
Has anyone of you find it difficult to lose weight when you try everything to eat no more than 1500 calories daily? Since my surgery I can not eat bread, think meat like steak, diet soda, etc. so it seems like I am eating mostly salads, grill chicken etc...things that will not make feel like I am choking. Is feeling like you are choking normal even when you chew the food up to 40 times? Does anyone have any suggestions on healthier alternatives of foods/meals to have?
