    Banders Exercise

    Cardio /weight training at gym then field day with the kids at school. Preschoolers and only big swings so I spent about 30 mins swinging with them on my lap thigh burn out after running the events with them and picking them up to slam dunk in the basketball hoop it was an awesome day basically 2 work out in and although the children I work with are severely impaired and non verbal their smiles and giggles told me they were having a great time as all .

    Wrong mind frame I started barely able to do a 1/3 of a situp n could barely lift 3lb weights last year at this time. I did what I could little by little and I got stronger healthier better b thinner One tiny baby step at a time n u will too:)

    Upper body weight training today with some ab work Tom cardio n weight training loving the exercise .. Although my weight hasn't changed drastically these past few months my body must be a guy at the gym commented how feet I looked and how much weight I lost in the past month. I smiled and says thank you ... Eating right working out is the key but I kept my lil secret weapon to myself ... I'm putting the work in the band us a tool I'm working I don't advertise it

    Ran that treadmill drill work out again. I started. At 7.2 on treadmill for speed n ended workout at 8.0 my heart rate was at. 96% according to my heart rate monitor awesome workout today n then errands all day walking and such I'm gonna sleep like a baby tonight

    Crazy NSV I fit better in the seat of my car when I got my car last year I couldn't see the seat I was right up against the middle console n door n was disappointed with downsizing my car I felt how big I was. Yesterday while driving I looked down and saw the seat my thighs did not cover the whole thing the car doesn't feel right anymore. Can't wait to get in a plane in July and see what it is like In that seat last year I barely closed the seatbelt .... To be continued

    Just to share I have increased the amount if weight I'm lifting at the gym I remember when I could barely lift 3 lb weights for arm raises now I'm up to 10lbs and it's my shoulder that prevents me from lifting more but I'll get there !!! Had a aha moment u. The gym more like a flashback I remember last year I could barely hold plank for 2 seconds and was dying doing or should I say attempting to do done of the things I do 3Ox or more drying a workout now . Sad I had to miss my am workout today due to work but that's ok I did it yesterday and today will be my rest day ...

    My dr says .5 to 1lb a week is a reasonable lost if that helps. N personally I have set my goals. Perhaps a little unrealistic but I'll get to that goal and the change it lol. I attack this losing thing a group of 10 at a time just like to see that middle number change and now my eye is in onederland then ill resume my middle number change again you got this

    [Goal April 30 199.9 April 1 207 April 7 204.8 April 15 203.8 So close yet feels so far away ..To much Easter fun up 2lbs April 21 206.8 . More Water and exercise this week so close to onederland I can feel it[. April 30,2014 202.8 didn't make my April goal but I'm making it to onederland. Every .2 loss at a time. I have to make my May goal more realistic with what my body is doing just slowing down in weight loss but the important thing is I'm eating healthy (minus Easter) exercising and losing. Hopefully goodbye April showers n let's go May flowers ( with less pollen dam allergies lol)

    just shy of two week mark for me. then it was back to normal listen to your body and rest when needed. i tried to push myself like i just didnt have surgery think thats what prolonged my recovery, but once i felt better no looking back it was the greatest decision i ever made

    Banders Exercise

    Ok this is a first I ran on the treadmill at the gym . I take this class where we do like a circuit training 30 seconds of different exercises 3x each and switch exercises for a total of 3 sets of 3 but the cardio always stays the sane. Usually it's in a spin bike but Tuesday it was on a treadmill. I was scared to death but not as scared or intimated like the first time I walked I to that gym 93 lbs heavier. But I did it I ran for 30 seconds for 9 times and immediately went Into my circuit !!! I almost cried I was so proud of myself. Then a few of us took a spin class immediately after. Granted I was in bed by 8pm that night totally exhausted but looking forward when I can do it again I like the back to back classes it's a shame my job n gym schedule prevents me from doing it more often . Summer vacation is 20 weeks away so that's my plan for summer back to back classes at the gym what a difference a year in my life makes.
