    Recommened Protein Shakes

I am 2 weeks post op and I started drinking the premier chocolate shakes pre op. They tasted like chocolate milk. Now I just thin them out with some water and ice. They go down perfectly!!

    January 2014 Sleevers Come In!

Surgery is at noon today and it's 3:50 am and I am wide awake!! I am hungry from being on liquid diet and my nerves are out of wack. I keep thinking of how badly I want this and that is my motivation. I fear that I will vomit. And/or that the nausea will be unbearable. The Dr said he has 5 different nausea Meds to give me but I worry they won't work. Good luck to all of my fellow Sleevers today!!!!
