I can't imagine lifting anything heavy for the first Two months at least. I was told to wait 6 weeks For Swimming ! Best Of Blessings ! -

A few times I wondered; my incision got infected & the meds have kept me nausea. I think it passes with everyone. My friend had Gastic Bypass in 2011& she was regretful at first but lost 150 lbs. -
I don't know if it is the meds, tired of Nausea. Makes it hard to eat!

Has Anyone Experienced Horrible Diarrhea ?

After eating one of my mini meals, 30 mins later got diarrhea non stop for several hours. Took Pepto to try to stop it. My Dr has me on 6 mini meals a day, which I find hard to do! Have yet to get hungry after bring banded June 4th. -
I Told the Doctor A few weeks Prior to Surgery, If I had to give up Regular Coffee, then no Lap band ! He said is no problem & it has been great.

Mine was 2 Shakes a day & then chicken breast & lean veggies for 5-7 days!I cheated some and was fine. Surgery was the 4th of June & down 22 lbs so far.

I had my Surgery done June 4th and lost 20 LBS during 7 day Pre-op ! Home now & following the program. Sore & Had a lot if acid reflux & nausea! Be Blessed in Jesus!

I am getting banded on Tuesday June 4th. by Dr. Murr at Tampa General. He is highly recommended by many. Anyone used Dr Murr( pronounced Moore) .
