Be Happy when I can ride again ! My knees keep me from Hardly walking & I am down to 290 from 318 after being banded June 4 th. but I feel the loss is so slow w/o Much exercise. Have a new bike, but can't ride til I loose more weight.

When I first got home from Surgery, was bought a pill crusher at Wal-Mart for 1.00. Now I just break them into and have no issues; I am 30 days out & have not had any fills yet! -
My Dr would not allow Protein Shakes for first 7-10 Days. I really never got to hungry! You will make it !
