it's ok. you'll be fine!!!! i had olives the other night, but now back on track. although i can't see why olives would be bad but there aren't on the list!!!

so i had my protein shake for breakfast. give me some ideas i can order at work for lunch. we have a del. am i allowed do chicken? or a salad?

my date is June 10th too. i was fine until last night. i want to eat!!!! this liquid diet really sucks but i know in the end it will all be worth it!!!! good luck to you!!!!
