    HEy there kgiacomeli! I'm may 30th as well firs apt on the books too!! I have had a liquid diet since last Thursday as well. No solids whatsoever. Good luck to you on Thursday and we should def keep in touch! It's so nice to have people to talk to on here who understand what your going through!!

    I have the special Kay drinks they are 10 grams each and I do 4 of those a day plus a spinach Protein shake and 2 broths. Plus Gatorade And Water

    At my family BBQ boy does all that food smell good! 4th day of my liquid diet. My partner brought all the things needed to make me an amazing broth for dinner. My mom even got me some both to have cause she didn't know I was bringing my own. Also brought some stuff for a shake. Any tips on not being hungry on this liquid diet. Even after I have broth or a shake I still feel hungry. I don't want that over full feeling like when I was eating a cheese burger but would really like to be satisfied. Happy Sunday everyone! Just 4 more days until banding!

    I am so glad I found this site! Inspiring stories awesome support and great tips. I will be banded may 30th. I'm super excited but scared to death if that makes any sense lol. I am on my 3rd day of a liquid diet. First 2 days were simple but today I feel like I am hungry all the time. Just taking it one day at a time. I hope everyone has an amazing Memorial Day weekend. ???„
