Use a couple of splashes of milk to thin a bit and add your shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 until cheese is bubbly and brown. Delish!!

Understandably very frustrating but you can do this!! Is your Dr. Telling you how many calories to eat? The reason I ask is because if youre getting in too few calories your bidy will go into starvation and you wont lose any weight. My Dr. Told me i had to eat 1200 cal. A day. Now that doesnt always happen but i stay between 1000-1200. Maybe try bumping up your cal. By 100 for a week and see if that helps. Too little cal. Is just as bad as too many. Its about being healthy iverall. Yoyre doing great stick with it and the results will come!! -

I had my surgery on May 30th. I lost 16lbs. During the pre-op diet and 41lbs since my surgery for a total of 57lbs. So far. I get what the green zone is but how do you know for sure you're there?? Once you get there can you ever get out of it? I know this sounds silly but I've not had any issues with stucks or things coming back up even though some times I forget and take too big a bite or eat too fast. Ive only had 2 fills since my surgery and have 3.5 cc in my band. I dont eat till im full i stop myself before that. How do people in the green zone know and does it wear off (salene reduce in time)?? Do you stay at this place with no need for additional fills?? Just wondering how this all comes together. I know everyone is different but any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!! I truly LOVE my band and the new lifestyle that I have!! Thx!!

enjoythetime replied to BringingSexyBackToTX's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
This is completely normal. Your body just went through major surgery and us retaining fluid. It will come off. I too have a problem with the scale but not any more.....my husband threw it away LOL, which was a huge favor to me! The only time i weigh now is when i go in for my followup appoint. It helps!! -
I was banded on May 30th and today i went in to see my Dr. During my 2-week pre-op diet I lost 16lbs. Today i am 5 weeks post-op and have lost an additional 20lbs. Since my surgery for a grand total of 36lbs in 7 weeks. Im so pumped!! Given that tomm. Is the 4th I opted to wait to get my first fill at my next appoint. In 2 weeks since you habe to be on liquids for 2 days after. I can honestly say that im so thankful i made the decision to have this done! Its not always easy and ive worked my butt off to make the right choices and well I would say it's payed off. I'm extremely motivated and very thank fir this site because there are some amazing people on here who are very inspiring!! Thx for the support.

5 Days post op Bloat????
enjoythetime replied to Kimmipuff's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Yes i can remember that feeling ih so well! The best thing to do as others have said is take Gas-x and walk walk walk. The bloated overly stuffed feeling will pass. For me day 7 was my turning point. This was the first day that i started to feel more like myself the pain subsided and the bloating decreased significantly. Hang in there take it slow and give yourself time to heak. Its worth it in the long run!!! -

Im sorry youre going through this! The first 5days after surgery was rough for me too. I didnt have an infection but the discomfort of the gas pains were overwhelming which made me not want to eat or drink because the pressure was so uncomfortable but after the 2nd week on liquids i was definitely ready for the next stage. Just take your time stay focused get yourself surrounded by people who support you and you will do great! If i can be of any help or support just let me know! Keep your head up things will get better! -
