I also take viibryd. An anxiety med might be a good option too. Try talking to your doctor about one of those. I take them and it helps a lot -

Holy cow. You can't just stop taking depression medication. You can have serious problems from that. I would just talk to your doctor but don't stop taking your pills cold turkey unless under the doctors advice

Crap. My nut just told me I have to lose ten to twelve pounds before surgery but I have been on diet for a week and have only lost a couple pounds. I am gonna faint if they reschedule my surgery -
