Last week i had 116 kg, and today (after overeating for "Easter weekend") i have 117 kg.
I made a decison - no more overeating, no more (not a little bit) of ham, cakes, chocollate, juces etc.
Every day must work out for a least 30 minutes and eat less then 800 kcal daily.
