    Spooky October-Challenge

    Here I am checking in for the end of October. Was a very rough month. My goal was 215 and my ending weight was 220. Down 42 pounds since banding in March.
  3. I am here at the dr office. And I have seen a weight gain of two pounds. This month I have really been a slacker. One day of exercise if that and not watching my food as well as I should and it shows...... I need to meet my goals or I may fail. So sad....
  4. I have lost about 47 pounds since March 13th. I was hoping for more.

    Week Out from Surgery....body just not wanting to bounce back as quickly as the other surgeries but my weight is down 226. I will take the 2lbs.

    March 2013 Bandsters

    I had my surgery the same day and I also plateaued. When I went to my NUT appointment, she told me I wasn't getting in my calories and Protein for the day so my body was thinking I was starving it so it kept everything I was eating as if I was not going to eat again. When I got all my ducks in a row...proteins, calories and Water. I was back to losing....5lbs the first week and 2 the next. I hope my body keeps in the losing line. This is my story I hope it helps.

    Salads?

    NO LETTUCE for me. It is the only veggie that has made me get sick. I have shredded it and chopped it up super fine but my band say nope. So I don't do lettuce salads anymore. But I do fresh fruits and other veggies. My band is training me to eat differently and so much slower. My journey seems to be yes you can eat this today but not the next time.
