    Spooky October-Challenge

    Here I am checking in for the end of October. Was a very rough month. My goal was 215 and my ending weight was 220. Down 42 pounds since banding in March.
  3. I have lost about 47 pounds since March 13th. I was hoping for more.
  4. I am here at the dr office. And I have seen a weight gain of two pounds. This month I have really been a slacker. One day of exercise if that and not watching my food as well as I should and it shows...... I need to meet my goals or I may fail. So sad....
