I have been overweight since I was in second grade. I am very lucky to be relatively healthy, aside from being overweight. Now that I am 44 yrs old, it is becoming very important for me to have more energy and feel good, so that I can keep up with the demands of being a working mom, wife and grandma (new granddaughter is almost 4 mos. and adorable!). I want to be the best version of me. I am happy, enthusiastic and love life. I need my body to be able to keep up with how I feel on the inside! I have been reading this website since January and I love all the information and support that the members provide. I am glad to be a part of the positive energy!
