Do a free hair consultation via hairfinity.com. I did this a while ago and they provided list of products that has helped my shedding, and I'm currently pre-op. Something as simple as adding an egg to your normal conditioner can cease the breakage. They also provided a list of shampoo ingredients we should avoid. Very helpful.

Wow. I thought about going by myself, but will definitely take someone with me even if I have to pay for their ticket myself. Dr Perez it is. I'll know for sure which direction I'm taking next month when after I'm finished my 3 month program and my paperwork is submitted to Aetna. -

I am also considering MX, but am worried about finding follow up care in Maryland, if needed. I've heard of others being refused by US doctors because of this.
