Today is my first day on this site. I reckon I've been avoiding it. Reading some of your posts I feel really ashamed of my miserly 15lbs weight loss since my surgery on 22/3/13. I am really struggling with finding a diet that makes me feel full but I won't over eat. I know i can stil over-eat and its only the presence of my gf thats stopping me. I don't really feel uncomfortable full at all. I already have 7ml in and I can only get 14ml. what am I doing wrong? What would you guys suggest?
