hi i live in tucson az will be having my surgery on the 18th of feb. cant wait, im a little scared and alse excited its been a long road to this surgery a whole year of appointments.. but now its really going to happen. patsy -
i did the same thing as soon as i found out my insurance was going to cover the lab band i started eating and gaining more weight. then i sat down and said i m spending time and money i have to do something. so i bought some replace ment protein power and said one meal a day i am going to eat healthy. so when i get up i have a protein shake and a banana, and i noticed it kept me full for a long time.. i got a bag and starting throwing un healthy stuff in to it and sent it to my sons house. out of sight out of mind (almost). i try to lay off carbs and sweets.. which is hard l love my carbs.. its only been a few days but i know its helping some.. i m afraid when its time for my pre diet i won t be able to do it so this is like a practice.. my first doctor appointment is june 12 do don't know when i will have the lab band done yet but soon i hope since i dont have to have the 6 month diet thing first. try doing what i did and good luck.. your not alone
