Tammy- the Lane Bryant jeans are my bigger ones 24 and I think a few 22.. Doesn't sound like it will work.. -

I have a TON of size 20, 22 and 24 shorts, capris, jeans... Mostly all from Avenue, Lane Bryant, Macys and Nordstroms. 5 or 6 pair of NYDJ (not your daughter avg jeans) that retail for $125-$150.. All like brand new... Tshirt, sweaters and dresses too! Make me offers I can't refuse.. -
I bought them at Cost Plus, World Market. Very inexpensive. It helps when you are eating and not thinking!

I am 6 months to the day and this last fill is when I finally felt less hunger in between for longer periods of time.

Gotta have my iced coffee in the am... 2/3 French vanilla coffee over ice, splash of almond breeze vanilla milk, splash of torani sugar free vanilla.. Cheaper than Starbucks and only prob 20 cals from milk. -

Just got home from cruise.. No bikini for me this time but look out next year. Had a hard time w the food though. A lot of yogurt, soup and protein shakes this week. What cruise?

Gasx is my friend now...shoulder pain all over again when I fill but then good the next day.. Keep in touch. I wet to TR and was banded end of May. Down 65 lbs. a million more to go... Lol... Hasn't been too bad though....glad I am down this road.. -

GNC shakes are pretty good. A few seasonal out now, then back to normal flavored. I buy the premiere protein at Costco. 30 grams protein each shake premed. Case of 18 for 26$ -
So weird BC my doc says 24 hour liquid, then 24 hour mushiness, then food.

I've had prob 4 fills since my surgery and no prob w black and blue... Do they have u lay on pillow under the small of ur back n have u crunch up so they can feel the port b4 the needle? Where did u have surgery?

Crockpot makes almost everything cooked so tender when typically the meats are so tough.... Any other tips? Carry a plastic bag or two in the car just in case! Seriously... -

It will go down... Surgery area always stay a bit swollen for a few weeks. Where did u have procedure? It gets better each day. I was banded Memorial Day wknd and have lost almost 45lbs.. Exercise is still the key! Keep me posted.
