My surgery was November 7,2012. I had to hold back tears cause I challenged myself, my last visit in August 22 my weight was 222 and I wanted to be at least 215 at today's visit and I was!!!! Sent from my iPhone using LapBandTalk

No darling I have had similar situations, ppl have been distant and ppl always ask me questions about how much have I lost. If they haven't talk to me in a while they say are you still losing weight? Day one after the surgery but I am really starting to feel different, even though I have only lost five pounds in the last 12 weeks, I know where I made mistakes and didn't follow my plan of eating right and exercising.
