My surgery was November 7,2012. I had to hold back tears cause I challenged myself, my last visit in August 22 my weight was 222 and I wanted to be at least 215 at today's visit and I was!!!! Sent from my iPhone using LapBandTalk

Good for you! I was in that dark place too, when my youngest daughter acted like she was ashamed of how I looked. She call me old lady and always critiqued what I wore, now she always wants me to shop with her and bought me a pair of jeans today!!!!! Sent from my iPhone using LapBandTalk
