Hey there. My scar is also about 6 inches high than my naval and also just off the the left. I am not sure if this is the norm or not. I am anxious to hear about your fill. I have mine scheduled for the 26TH and cannot wait. I feel like I could eat the same as I did before the surgery. Excited to find that "green zone" keep me updated please. :-)

So I was banded 2 and a half weeks ago. I am on soft food for another 5 days. I weighed myself today and realize I only have lost 5 lbs. I know this phase is for healing and not weight loss. However I can't help but thinking if I have been barely eating anything but protien shakes and cream of wheat for the past 2 weeks and I've only lost 5 lbs what is going to happen when I start eating? How am I going to lose? Also I am starving the past few days. I am sticking to half a cup at time but I feel like I could eat 3 cups

I was also banded on the 23rd I am on soft foods and still very hungry and only have lost 5 lbs. Feeling discouraged

Gary you'll do great. Dr Stevenson did mine on the 23 rd of may. He's wonderful

We r having an office meeting today. Can I have a small piece of pizza without the crust during the soft food stage. I have been tolerating things very well

How will I know if something is stuck? What do I do if it happens?

Thanks guys. I ended up just having half a chicken breast with a slice of tomato. 7 more days till I'm back on real foods

The one at Costco is premier protein. Maybe it's the same one. It is 30 grams and delish

I was banding on the 23rd of May. I am on soft foods now. I have been feeling surprisingly well considering the surgery was less than 2 weeks ago. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced being very full but there stomach is growling and having hunger pains at the same time. It's like I don't know which to listen too. Any advice?

I had a 1 week period diet. 2 shakes and 1 meal a day. I did cheat a few times though......you know "my last meal" about 5 times like. Thankfully all went well though

I had mine done thru true results and care credit would not finance me so true results financed me in house without pulling a credit report. I was partial insurance and partial self pay

Don't be nervous. I am being 100% honest when I say it is nothing compared to what I had expected. The pain is temporary so much good will come from this.

I am honestly feeling slot better than expected. I was up walking around the house quite a bit yesterday and burping all I could. No gas pains as of yet. I have made sure I take my Vicodin every 4 hours and the liquid ibuprofen Evey y6 hours. I am sore But not nearly as bad as I had siked myself out for. Good luck to you

Hi there. Yes I am doing well. Better than I expected. No gas pains as of yet. My stomach is obviously really sore But it's OK. I have been up walking as much as I can and sipping slot if water and broth. I haven't let any of the pain meds wear off yet. I plan on taking them Evey 4 hours through Sunday and see how I feel. How are you doing?

So it's been about 30 hours since surgery and overall I am feeling well. No had pain so far just a very sore stomach. Hungry too I feel better than expected though

I also live in Surprise. I am using true results and am scheduled for surgery tomorrow. How are you all doing since surgery?
