Victoria Secret bras are the best in my opinion! There are many different brands to chose from, you just have to see which is what you are looking for! They will size you as well! They are pricey, but worth every penny! I personally love the bombshell!

Oops I didn't mean to send that! Congrats On your weight loss as well as your engagement what a happy time for you!! I was banded on June 6, 2013 and have lost between 24 and 27 pounds, it fluctuates:) Your ring is gorgeous take care and keep doing what you're doing!!

Happy Birthday! Yesterday was my birthday and I had a small piece of my cake, the size of a deck of cards.. Hate to think of all those calories though! I am 6 weeks post op and I haven't really screwed up till now :/ well, Happy Birthday again!

Hello! I went for my 1 month post op appt this past Friday! They accidentally scheduled me for 2 weeks after my surgery, so I was also in 2 weeks ago and in 2 weeks lost 8lbs! Total loss ( no pre op diet) of 28 lbs! I got a fill and was a little nervous. It wasn't as bad as i thought! Found out at the time of surgery mr Dr put in 4cc in my band! They gave me 1 more, so I have 5cc in a 10 band! Felt good afterwards. Liquid all day friday and sat and today I can start mushies! So far so good! Hope you all are doing well!

Hello Joanne, I actually haven't noticed any difference yet?! I am wondering if it might take a few days like others have mentioned?! I will be looking for those changes. How are things going with you?

Hello! I was banded on 6/6/2013. I am just over 1 month post-op. I was told that some fluid was added at the time of surgery just not sure how much. I have lost 23lbs since surgery. I eat about 1/2 C - 1 C food and I do not get hungry in between meals. I eat every 4-5 hours 3x a day. The nurse scheduled me for a appt 2 weeks post op and come to find out they made a mistake and the appt should have been 1 month post op! The nurse was asking me if I was getting hungry, what I was eating and so on.. She apologized for the mix up in scheduling and said they needed to see me at 4 wks for a fill. I asked how i would know if i needed one and she said " you are 2 weeks post op, when you get to 1 month you will be hungry and need one!" I live over 1 hour away and so going back this week for my 1 month post op is frustrating! My question is.. I am still eating the small amounts and staying satisfied for 4-5 hours. Im worried if I get a fill I would experience problems of possibly being too tight? Idk.. Need some advice. I have about 40 more lbs till my goal weight and i want to do whats right help...

Thank you! I was just concerned with actually getting a fill and being too tight. I have heard some do fine with what is put in on surgery? I just want to be sure! Thanks for replying!

My name is Staci. I was banded on 6/6 and so far I am loving it! I also had a hernia repair and recovery went pretty good! I had the gas pains that everyone seems to go through! I didn't have a pre-op diet and so far have lost 23 lbs! I have about 43 lbs to go! I have been feeling pretty good and have been happy with things so far! I did find out that I had a hernia prior to my surgery. They did an endoscopy about 2 weeks before my surgery! I felt fine after the first couple days though wishing you the best!!

Hello! I had my surgery on 6/6 and so far 3 of the 4 bandages fell off.. Well, not completely "fell off" but barely hanging in and I took them the rest of the way off.

June 6 is my surgery day as well! Im all of Those things as well.. Just fear of te unknown, I guess:/ good luck to you both!
