I had gall bladder surgery about three years ago. I found that foods heavy in fat and grease, such as fast food burgers, would really do a number on my stomach.

I started jog/walking at about 10 days post op, with the doctor's blessing. I have my first post op visit on Thursday. Feels good so far (well, as good as running can feel at 300 lbs

I was wondering the same thing myself. I was banded on Friday. My clear liquid weekend was relatively simple, but I am starting to get an appetite back, now that I have gone one day being able to have protein shakes, cream of wheat, etc. I'm going to call my nurse tomorrow, but I just went every other hour alternating between a "pure" liquid and a "clear" liquid.
