  1. Hello, I'm planning on doing breast reduction and a tt. What can I expect as far as a realistic recovery time. Doing both procedures at once because I dont want to go in twice. I'm a chicken when it comes to pain. I appreciate your insight.
  2. Congratulations Janette! I'm right there with you. I was banded on 5/14 and I'm down 14 Pounds. After the first few days of thinking What have I done! I started to feel much better and wonder why I haden't done it sooner. But this a journey and I realize it's just the beginning. Continued success to you!!

    3months banded no weight loss?

    Your taking in to many calories. Stick to no more than 1200. But under 1000 if u can. Start to keep a diary if u can. The diary is helping me it may help u as well. Also, I think if u are male your calorie count may be a little higher. I have been banded for just about a week but everything that has been said by other lap banders is very helpful and true.     Amen missy! I was banded on 5/14 and my My doc has me on a soft diet. High Protein shakes, smoothies, puréed foods, etc. Every doc is different.

    Is Won Ton soup broth bad?

    Hello, I am 3 days post op and I can tell you that I too have eaten wonton broth and egg drop both are fine according to the diet I given by the doc. No worries.
