    I honestly can relate. but you get to a point where you have to be honest with yourself. I would always say I'm going to lose the weight on my own but I know myself sure i can go to the gym and work up but I dont have any discipline and deep down inside i know I need help and the band is just what I need. My surgery is tomorrow and I'm ready for the task. I've been on a re op liquid diet and have lost 25 pounds in 10 days.
