Burping, Burping, Burping, help

I am one year out and I still burp a lot. I mostly burp when I am hungry and when I am full...weird huh? -
Thanks for this thread. I have been lurking and decided to start the program. I have heard of the couch to 5k before, but didn't know it was a program. I love it! Thanks for the Podrunner downloads, they are great! I just finished my first week. I like the idea of repeating each week twice. My goal is to run the Susan G Komen this year. I also get the "Rocky" feeling when I hear the final chimes. I feel like turning around on the treadmill and taking a bow in front of the entire gym! Thanks again fellow Bandsters!

Good morning! Okay, I bought the instant Steel Oats?? They took about 5 minutes in the microwave, added a tiny bit of brown sugar splenda and thought I had walnuts, but not, so I added some sunflower seeds. I Like it! 27g of Carbs? SUPER filling, I hope it will keep me fuller longer... Dee~Your daughter's dinner sounds yummy. How thoughtful of her. Brandy~Thanks for all the info on the MC stuff! How are you feeling with that slight unfill? any problems? I hope that was the solution. Woofay~How are you liking your wii fit? I sure don't use mine like I should. I thought I wold start this couch to 5k training program and on the off days do my wii fit, so far it's not happening. Did you figure out how we can workout together? I don't think we can?? let me know if you figure it out. Shelbie~You are doing awesome! Send me some discipline. Tell me about this Greek yogurt... Lap~I'm thinking about ya'! -

SHEEEEEEEESHA! We missed you so much. CONGRATS on baby Owen and managing your weight. I hope to see you around here more! Dee~So what is up with this Steel Oats? I picked some up tonight (you know how I don't like to be left out of things...lol) so what about the carbs? are they okay? I don't think I can give up red meats, I love my steaks (had a ribeye for dinner, Buster did too). I would like to try the Steel Oats. How did you say you make yours? In the crock before you go to bed? with brown sugar (I also picked up some brown sugar Splenda). I'll give it a try! I finished my first week of couch to 5k, I think I might repeat the first week. I am working by bottom off, but the scale says NAY, the pounds are still creeping up! Mini~glad to hear your feeling better! -

Hi Life~Well the couch to 5k is a program that helps you start as a beginner runner and at the end of the 9 or ten week program (I can't remember), you should be able to run a 5k. Basically it starts you at running for 60 seconds, then brisk walking for like a couple minutes, it's all interval and the Podrunner has a sound alarm to let you know when to switch from walking to running and each week the times change...there is a thread here somewhere that explains it better that I. It is three times a week. There is a couch to 10k too. I think there are many similar programs. It would probably be good training for your marathon. I hope it helps me prepare for the Susan G Komen Race for a Cure on October, I would really like to run it this year! -

awww Woofay sorry to hear that TOM is being a pain in the arse! Sounds familiar though, I went through the same issues 2 years ago. The mustard craving must have something to do with the iron loss??? I ended up having a hysterectomy, I feel so much better. Hang in there sister! I can't make it to the BBQ, I am pretty bummed! It just so happens that we are in Keystone that weekend for a precision golf tournament. Yes, this site has been giving us all trouble...annoying! hopefully it will be fixed! -

Yes, I love, love, love the Podrunner Intervals! except, the weeks were all mixed up when I put them on my ipod, so I actually did the first day of the 2nd week. I think it's okay since I had been practicaly doing the first week for about two months...LOL You can do the mile run, I believe in you! -

OMG! I was sooo just thinking, I want to bring Buster!! But I always try to think of ways to bring him with me where ever I go. He is with me 24/7 well, except for SOME errands and shopping. Right now he is under my desk and I have my feet tucked under his belly. I took him with me when I went roller blading the other day and we were in this outdoor rink, Buster was chasing my oldest son around and the next thing ya' know...Buster was pooping on the rink!! YIKES! No worries, I cleaned it up, I guess he shouldn't go EVERYWHERE with me. -
