Lap~That is just awful. The feeling of being violated is such a deep pain and for it to come from people dear to us, even more so. I wish there were words I could tell you to ease your pain...lots of hugs and always a shoulder and an ear... I am so proud of you "I need to protect myself at all costs," strong statement and very true. Stay strong, these are the times that build our strength. Be good to yourself, it was their "bad" (your mom and sister), not yours...they are the ones that should be feeling the guilt for the invasion of your private conversations... Thinking about you, you are not alone -

Shesha~NICE!! I hope the new fill Dr. takes good care of you. Break him in good...LOL Dynamo~My chocolate pie eating son...he's the one. He is not venturing off though...he is attending CCA, I don't really see him being too far away from mom. Don't be hard on yourself. Believe in yourself, I think you are doing a good job (this band is like a job right??). Listen to yourself, you are taking the right steps, you are working out, doing therapy and finding other interests outside of our friend (food). Our brains will catch up with our motions. This is where I have been the last 2-3 days. I feel hungry, I try to eat, no problems with anything going down, not getting stuck...I just take a few bites and I lose interest. I still feel hungry, but I just don't want to eat??? What is that about??? I am wondering if I am coming down with something...I feel okay, I think. But then after I stop eating, I know I should eat more because I feel weak and shaky and sometimes a cold sweat??? WEIRD....any thoughts??? I am taking my vitamins, my calcium and I drink my two protein shakes a day...it's just the food??? -

It is official...I have a college student!!! BIZARRE (I'm not old enough to have a college student!!!)...LOL!!! He did it with a little over an hour to spare, gosh that drives me insane, I can't stand last minute rushes. So I am also officially broke (I guess I was officially broke when I paid for my surgery, then my furnace, then my dog....you know how that goes...)!!! Lap~that's great, I can't wait to see ya'!!! So strange for the last few days, I have been seeing the number 11:11, 1:11...lots of ones everytime I look at the clocks!!! Little & want2~ hopefully some day we will be able to meet! We will be thinking about ya'! have a great evening all!!! -

Dynamo~I ccan TOTALLY relate...my son is too younger than his years, it has been tough. He also has been thinking about the Navy, I don't think it would be a good choice for him, he can't handle the "no stress" of doing nothing living at home, I doubt the military life would be good for him (emotionally, he is not ready for much). Here we are hours away from the deadline for college payment...HOURS, and he still hasen't called to set things up...grrrrrrrr....it is 1:00 and he has until 5:00...we'll see what happens. I'd rather keep the money anyway...LOL!!! I get the messy thing too, just this morning I said to him "look around the house and see which room just doesn't belong", (Sesame St. song...).My boys are totally opposite (thank goodness, I KNOW that I could not handle two the same)...LIFE, ya gotta love it!! I wish I had a coffee nook! Those paintings are PERFECT for a coffee nook. Dynamo, you should check into some coffee houses and sell your paintings there...PERFECT!!! I could see them now!!! BRILLIANT!!!...even Wine Bistros??? -

Drews! YES!! I am looking forward to meeting you Sept 11 at RR, bring all your advice... Woofay~my son is still asking me about the car...my hubby has been preoccupied with the Rockies/Pirates games. I would like to get it for him, but don't hold it for him...my son still has to get his act together, he is sooooo hard to get motivated, he wants what he wants and he wants it now, he will have to show us that he is ready...like get with the drving school, switch to FT at work, etc, etc...I'll keep in touch with you, keep me posted and I'll let you know if we are any closer to a descision. Dynamo~how's the rash, I hope it has started to clear up. Lap~any relief??...thinking about ya' Marcy~how are things in Alaska?? -
congrats, job well done. Keep up the good work and post us some before and after pics...we love it! Thanks for the inspiration!

Lap~I'm sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well. How are you doing it? What does the good Dr. say could be the cause of this? Please keep us updated on what is happening. How about Amodium or something like that?? Hi Woofay~I did NOT make it to the gym...I was thinking about how I am going to have to fess up online that I have yet missed another day (shame, shame). Once agin my son Chris and I have made plans to hit the gym after school/work....we'll see what happens... Dynamo~how's the rash? That is quite bizzare...wonder what it could be?? I hope it goes a way soon. -
I remember having terrible headaches, and it was my water intake. I hope it is something that easy for ya'

I have always been sort of active (obviously not enough)...LOL, I do belong to a gym and I am trying to get my bottom there, I haven't been in like a week or has it been two??? I did the same thing before surgery, I thought that I wasn't going to be able to eat ever again!!! Funny! I can eat anything, just not as much as before. Hi Ladies! and Gents! Woofay~I am so happy to hear that you had a wonderful day in the mountians. You look great! You and Chris are soooo adorable!!! I know what you mean abourt the pain in the knees being gone...can you imagine how great we are going feel as the pounds keep coming off?? I already sleep better and my knees after going up and down the stairs...I LOVE it!! Congrats my friend, you are doing fantastic!! The pictures are great! I LOVE Keystone, one of my favorite places. We usually go at least twice a year, once in the summer and once in the winter. We should really go more often. We also go to B~ridge for the October fest...fun, fun, fun...we rent a huge mountian house and live large!!! LOL Dynamo~job well done on your booth! You look great too! Let us know how your weigh in goes, I think you will be pleasantly suprised. Marcy~I started to measure myself (once a month), everywhere...forearms, upperarm, bust, chest, waist, hips, thighs, and calves. When I didn't see a loss in the dreaded scale, I did see an inch loss in myu measurments (except I gained an inch in my calves???). Sounds like you are doing good, how's that fill treating you? Lap~what's new? How's school? My son went back today (7th grade). Shesha~you are doing an amazing job staying on task!...you are not behind, you are leaps and bounds ahead!!! We WILL reach our goals..we can do this! Happy Monday my friends!!! -
