Hello family Got banded 4/30/13 and I'm glad to say I'm now down 50 solid pnds. Need a new wardrobe and undies lol. Happy excited and full of life. It can be done its not easy but I'm motivated. I have gotten off my blood pressure meds and I'm no longer pre diabetic. :-) I have a long way to go to get to my goal but stay strong and determined

So I'm single and new in the dating scene. I'm afraid to go on a date to a restaurant and run into an awkward moment when the menu isn't band friendly. Has any one been to any restaurant that have a menu with small portion? Any ideas where I can go where my date would order what she wants and I don't have to worry about them not having a good menu? So I went for a follow up a week after the surgery and from my last weigh in to now a total of 3 weeks I've lost 35 pnds so far. I have officially surpassed my all time total weight loss in 3 weeks. Any one loosing or noticed thinning hair? Any solution or remedies to save my "Goldie Locks"? Congratz what help me out was any form of gas x or gas relief water walking and a heating pad. I just got rid of the pain yesterday it took me five to six days. Just hang in there and whatever you take and as far as water and food take your time speeding things up what introduce more air into the system thus creating gas

Hello wonderful people. I got banded on April 30th abd the surgery went well. Only complaint I hAve is incredible gas pains. Any one else experience this? Any remedies?

I got banded 4/30 and I've had more gas than Sunoco. Today around 2pm I finally passed some of it. Lets just say I was able to make it from my stoops through 3 doors and 60 ft to the bathroom and I was still passing the gas. I sounded like a balloon deflating. Nonetheless i needed to change my sponge bob boxer's and shower after. My dog still looks at me confused. He has that "Don't you dare blame me" look on his face. But in all seriousness room temp Water 64oz and walking helped me A LOT. BAND BUDDIES UNITE!!!!

Hello I just got banded on 4/30 and i am currently on the Stage 2 diet ... I just want to see what's on your menu for stage two. This is day one menu. .. not to fun but did it... Breakfast: oatmeal with pill cocktail 8 0z of Water Lunch: 1/4 cup of cottage cheese. 4 oz of Snapple 1/2 ice tea 1/2 lemonade Dinner: 1/2 cup of tomato Soup with pill cocktail

As far as protein do you mean the shakes?

Thank you for the support. I am so happy I made this choice. I'm 28 and I needed a better quality of life. This is hopefully a step in the right direction.
