Hi all, I'm 4 weeks post op is very confused on what I should eat please I will take any advise/help I can get so far I lost 10 pound but is very discourage:( HELp!!!

I went to my 1st post op appt today and she said that I should be losing more than that if I'm following the plan, so I'm second guessing everything I'm eating.
