  1. I know your frustration. When I get like that I eat very small healthy snacks every 2 hours, about 2 oz. High protein, no fatty, no carbs. And lots of water. And definitely look into an adjustment, seems u haven't found your green zone. There are pre-workout protein drinks that help curb the hunger after.
