I know this sounds crazy but a friend banded before me shared this and it worked. When you are up walking around do a chicken walk... Flap your arms a lot. It stirs up the gas and helps you pass it. Walk as much as you possibly can. That helped me tremendously. I also got some gas x strips. -

I understand. Nothing like being in a crowded court room working and your stomach chimes in loud and proud!!! Mine also sound like internal gas as well as gurgling, siphoning sounds!!! -
My doctor said an antihistamine can sometimes help with that (Benadryl). Also hot tea...
