How are you..im feeling great n on ouree food .trying to get more Water down..using a straw is easier but they said I cant use one..which suchs..its very hard to sip some times I gulp n dont have no pain.. -

I just got sleeved maybe that is why..but most people the talked to try n stay under 800 tge first yr..im not getting enough calories right now on a good day I get 150..I just started puree.. -

My surgeon said I will probably reach 1200 at a year plus. .cause the first few months is when you lose the most weight cause your calories are so low.. -

I would say listen to her..ive lost 17 lbs in almost 2 weeks to optimize weight lost...its always good to keep your body guessing..mine said to never have the same amount of calories everyday..you burn faster that way.. -
