Congrats to you guys!
I had my sleeve 11/6 and am down 78 from highest and 70 from surgery. I have been working out averaging 9k steps on my fit bit. Before sleeve I had no energy and was a couch potato. I love being able to mow my lawn, go to the gym. I would have never in my life thought that I would enjoy the feeling of exercise. Granted, I do t like it during but the feeling of accomplishment is amazing after!
If you guys have my fitness pal or fit bit, feel free to friend me

I loved the stay at the hospital. Everyone was super nice.
It's rough the first week but once the drain comes out you will feel so much better.
Walk, walk, walk, sip, sip, sip. Repeat.
Chapstick was my best friend. Rest when you can. It's all so worth it!

Hi ladies. I had my surgery at Mt Carmel 11/6.
I'm down almost 74. Struggling right now with the up and down 2 lbs but it will come off.

I used to work on 7T at MCW which is my main reason for not wanting to go there.
Thankfully I survived. I actually thought the staff was great.

I had surgery 11/6 and am down 22# which I think is great but I guess I'm a slower loser looking at some people losses. I am hopefully out of the dreaded stall. Fingers crossed
I know everyone losses differently. It's frustrating to see it.
I think the stalls are the worst. I have to force myself not to weight because it makes me upset

I too was very very hungry i only made it to day 8 as then i had to have food!! I went directly to mushy foods such as scrambled egg and nonfat refried Beans mashed potatoes cream of wheat etc... i stayed on mushy until i was 3weeks out then went to soft foods(food you can chew to make mushy) until i was 8weeks out and was able to start regular food! I was very HUNGRY!!!! this worked for me and so far i have been very successful!! Best of luck!!
So glad I'm not the only one. I made it on full liquids for 12 days. Now I'm eating puréed stage. I was worried I was going to damage my new stomach.

If you are smoke free for 6 mos you are doing fabulous. I'd try to stay away from ecig since you're doing so well.
I was a smoker and quite using ecig. My surgeon was ok with me using it. I am 2.5 weeks post op and still use it.

I'm game. I love my fitbit. It keeps me moving. Basically it's a pedometer but there's an app or you can go online and look at your progress. I have mine linked to MFP.
I will log here or you can friend me on fitbit if you have one.
Today was a good day for me. I logged 16,277 steps.
