Hello everyone.. I had my surgery on the 19th of april and I think I broke it.. ive noticed tht the weight is fluctuating and my appetite is back to normal... I feel like I can eat normal portions now, but I dont.. I used to drinking a lot of water daily before the surgery and can now drink a lot of water again.. is this normal or did I break it already

Yes I do 2 protein shakes a day and a lot of water... I belive part of the appetite is coming from the exercise,

Ive never had cottage cheese before but will try it and see how I will adjust

My first fill is on the 23rd and I'm excited abt it.. im so ready for weight loss, I have some roller coasters with my name on them:)
