I am an emotional eater and have found that I eat for no reason, after 30 years being obese and having tried even more weight loss plans, I have decided on the lap band procedure. I am very anxious - hoping I can follow the regimine I need to make this a sucsess.I weigh 218 lbs and am 5'2".I have heard so many comments about my weight, I usually try to make fun of myself before someone else does - very pathetic. Please support my cries for help as needed and I will do the same
