Best thing you can do is call your doctor's office and tell them the situation. If you're serious about losing weight, you'll be able to do this. A little bit of pain now means a lifestyle changed for the better. Just remember that. -

14.5 in a month's time is nothing to scoff at. If you're losing 3lbs and change a week, that's spot on progression. You're probably in your green zone, just keep doing what you're doing. It's working.

I'm pretty sure saying "Period" won't offend anyone, so don't worry about that. Also the combined reaction to the new fill and your bloating from your period combining into one sounds like a bad time. If it gets worse, I'd call your doctor or BASNC. In hindsight, I would track your period and try to schedule your fills for right after it ends. -

Don't worry about it. Just keep hydrated for now. I wasn't able to eat a thing for about 5 days after surgery. It'll get better, promise. -
I'm 2 weeks out too and well, you're a braver soul than I taking bites of bread. I mean I've done mushed up chicken curry and rice, but breads I haven't the courage to touch yet. Look on the bright side though! Ya learned somethin'!

Oh man I hear ya. I'm a 40hr/week code monkey and most of the time I get so involved that I forget to take breaks.

If you've lost 50lbs in 6 months, just think of what you can do with a tool to help you out. You've done a great job so far and you will continue to do so after your surgery.

I see you turned your frown upside down, keep at it! -
Well as far as the "Pigging Out" goes, you can always start your journey even now. Get yourself in the habit of eating the right things in the right portions so it's not as much of a shock to you when you start on your band. Try drinking 64oz of Water every day to start. Then gradually reduce your portion sizes to about 1-1½C. It's never too early to start your journey.
