Howdy i'm a long time lurker who went through the entire process over a year ago and chickened/convinced I should not do the surgery by my family and friends, guess what I attempted to "diet" again and just failed as I always have.  This is a new year I have a new surgeon and hospital and I am gaining support from my wife.  Everyone else can go take a duff!  Back to square one with NYU-Langone what a difference from the hospital I was going to use.  Everything happens for a reason!  Good Luck to the lovely folks here regardless of where you are in your journey :)
