So I got banded on May 30th 2013. 1 day pre-op diet and no Fluid in band at surgery I was 262 lbs and tight in a 2x and 40 pants. Than I had my first fill a month after with 3cc then 2 weeks after I had a unfill of 1.5cc due to me getting sick Now I'm 1 week away from 5 months and I'm down to 202 lbs and I'm in a large shirt and 34 pants I had to buy a whole new wardrobe I have been at 202 for about 1.5 months now but In that 1.5 month time I had gone from a XL shirt and 36 pants so the scale stopes moving but I'm still shrinking Here are some before And after pics

Hi all I just want to know if it sounds like I'm doing ok or not I was banded on may 30th with only a 1 day pre op diet I'm a 31 y/o male who weighted 260 pre op I'm down to 223 (37 pounds down in just under 7weeks) I had one fill June 28 they put in 3cc and I do feel a restriction I would all most say I'm in the "green zone"

Thank you all I mean it seamed like I was doing great I just wanted to make sure thank you all for the kind words I think this site has helped me so much I have been trolling the site everyday a month per op and I tried to take advice for everybody lol

So I just wanted to see how other bandsters are or where doing at this point thank you

Hey all I have a question my wife just had the band done 2 days ago and she keeps telling me she feels hungry is this normal? I'm saying it mite be just general pain that she thinks is hunger pain....... Any thoughts

My wife and I are both going for the lap band and I see a lot of people talk about a pre op diet so I called my dr and he said no need to do a per op diet ........... Anyone else didn't need to do this

My wife is getting her band on April 30 and I am getting my may 30 I mite up my date any one else had couples banding
