Glad to hear I'm not the only one dropping weight super fast! I had my surgery 2/14 n had my first fill two weeks ago. In total I've lost 15 lbs. I don't know how everyone is losing so fast. Since they waited a while 2 give me my first fill, they told me I could come back in two weeks. Tomorrow is my next appointment. I lost three lbs in two weeks. I'm not sure what the average is, but I feel like a slacker.... -

I got a fill and forgot about liquids only and ate regular good. Why do they want us to do liquid only?

Protein shakes help, but it is very difficult. Power thru... I was dropping weight fast on liquids and that helped motivate me. -

I had a lot of pain too. I laid on the floor and did a bicycle move and it helped a lot.
