I am almost 1 year post op and down almost 50 lbs. I am a little stuck. I know I haven't been exercising like I should be but the numbers still are not going down like the used to. I want to lose 15-20 by May 22. Help! I am open to any tips and or advice!

How have you done in the first year? I was banded on May 22, 2012. I have lost almost 50 lbs in my first year. Is that okay? I feel like I should have lost more than that.
