    I made it to 10,000 steps yesterday! It's raining over here in the St. Louis area look like I will be wokring out indoors. Today goal is 12,000 steps. Wish me luck.

    Happy Thursday Everyone. I know I haven’t been activate on here lately I had walking pneumonia! As active I am… I got sick! I blame the day care kids. I am getting back on track. I haven’t worked out for 3 weeks but I only gain 5 pounds. Not too bad. Anyway I am having problems getting 10,000 steps in a day so Today I am will be going a 3 min walk every hour in my office.     Happy Wednesday everyone. No time no talk! Been busy working and taking care of my mom. But I am still being active. Don't tell anyone but I am having a slow day at work. I think I am going to take my walk outside today. I am going to walking around the campus twice and enjoy every single step! Bahahaha!

    Happy Thursday everyone. The kids at the day care finally made me sick. I was down for the count. For the last 4 days I haven't but been working out as much and I use too but yesterday I walked over 14,000 steps! Monday I will be starting the September 100 miles challenge.     I drink wine. I stay away from beer because one it's a waste of money cause it takes me forever to finish and I feel full. I usually keep crystal light packets in my purse order vodka and Water and mix the packets in it. Just be careful and don't over do it. Since I 've been banded I am such a lightweight.

    Congrats I ran my first 5K run in April. It was the color run. I doing two more 5Ks in August. I am going to black light run. Good luck to you I know you can do it!

    Losing my office!

    I know this sounds petty but I am losing my nice huge office. I am not upset because I am losing my office I am upset because I was using the extra space to do my workouts! I chose this office because it was by the front door of our building. So I will be like the receptionist greet everyone and direct them to who they were looking for. One person complained saying they needed the extra space and no one stops by my office when they come visit us. Really!? I haven’t look at my new office in detail but I know it’s small but I think I still continue my workouts during my breaks. Anyway one of my coworkers was working at my spare desk and she made the comment of saying you do get a lot for visitors and they person who will be working here is in for a treat. Oh well not my problem. Here are some fun facts about my office they my coworker doesn’t know and I will not be sharing with them. Fact one: the walls in my office are very thin and you will hear everything even the cars driving down the street. Fact two: it’s get hot in here in the summer time and cold in the winter time. I am sharing a thermostat with 2 other people so good luck finding the perfect temperature Fact three: I am taking my government issued table, table, and refrigerator with me. My new space may be small but I will make it work. Anyway I had to get this off my chest. Thanks for reading.

    Adding a little humor.... Please pray for me on August 9th. Why? Guess who sign up for to 5Ks? Yep one isin the morning and the other one is at night. How did this happend. The Diva Dash (the morning one) was on the August 2nd and got moved to the 9th. I can't cancel this one because I harassed the females in my support group to do this walk with me. Can't canceled the Blacklight Run because my bestie want me to do her first 5k run with her. I was going to run this one but I might run and walk this one. @@catfish87 this counts as a half marathon right? With that being said Tonight me and Bestie are going to walk 1 mile and jog a half of mile. Happy Thursday!

    Happy Father's day everyone! Today is my rest day yesterday I had a great day. I walked 6 miles majority came from the Race for the Cure I did yesterday in St Louis.
