When can you start working out?

How soon after surgery can you shower?

I'm getting everything ready for surgery. Now the u flavored protein..what kind? Soy? Whey? Brand? Help

Hi everyone. My family received some news on Monday that my son was diagnosed Autistic. He is only 17.5 months old. I am even more driven to have my surgery on the 10th because it means I will be the best version of me for him. I usually wouldn't post this here but I am doing a walk for my son if anyone wants to join my team or donate.
