Week 3 post op and starving!

I am 3 weeks post op and I am also hungry all the time and I can't wait to eat again but it's because I am so used to eating whatever and whenever I want. It is a life changing thing we just did and we just need to adapt it may take some time but it will work out just hang in there, this is the place to come to where everyone on here knows what you are going through cause they were right where you are right now and that's what we need right now is support....thank you everyone for being there to offer your support I so appreciate it...

    Marriage problems??

My husband and I have been married 13 years this July, he just had the sleeve done march 13th and I got the band April 3rd we r doing this together it is a life change for both of us either way...maybe involving him in your journey whether it be eating healthy together or working out together maybe he is the one that is having the fear of you leaving him out of your journey...but def you need communication or you will never know why..just ask him

    April 3rd: I'm excited!

Hello I was banded April 3rd but finding it very frustrating losing weight I will go up a pound or 2 then down a pound or 2 but not much really much happening r you experiencing the same I didn't have any fill at time of surgery won't get that for another few weeks but also not feeling any type of restriction have been only cleared for walking

    Very confused. ...band or sleeve?

I had the band April 3rd and my husband had the sleeve march 13th he is doing really well the weight is just dropping off of him which makes me a little jealous he didn't want to deal with getting fills and I didn't want to lose too fast.so it was just a matter of preference but we are in this journey together for the same end result to be healthier and feel better...just do your homework and look at both options pro and cons in the end you will know in your gut which one is right for you...good luck
  7. 0 at surgery won't get any til first fill

Hi, I had my surgery April 3rd, the pain in my left shoulder happened the very next day after surgery but now I don't even have that pain so it does go away and sorry you not feeling well if your dr prescribed you Percocet like mine did it def takes the pain away. I am feeling good now maybe walking more will help with it it helped me...hope you feel better.

2 weeks post op need a little advice

I did do a pre op diet I would imagine everyone needs to do a pre op diet or should but I lost only 6 lbs before surgery
  12. Since my surgery 2 weeks ago I have only lost 4 pounds I hear everyone telling of success a lot of weight loss but 4 pounds that is nothing
  13. I would love to have a friend along for my banded journey I am a 44year old female and would like someone at least my age or older help me along the way (preferably female also, my husband would freak if I was making new male friends on the Internet lol I'm sure you understand). Am just 2 weeks post op and already think I'm doing this wrong
