My Dr told me to have a protein shake twice a day but could still have 1 to 2 lite meals a day. I started a modified version a week before I had to do the two weeks prior to surgery. It hasn't been to bad. I have lost 14 pounds!! -

The hardest part has been getting used to the protein shakes but that is getting better. I officially start my pre op on May 1st. I have to call though not sure how many carbs are okay for the shakes to have?

I am getting banded on May 15th in Dallas. I have started on the pre op diet now to get into a routine so that on May 1st I will be used to it. I am nervous also about doing all of this a not seeing results. Good look to everyone

Thanks. I will check those out. I am scheduled to have surgery May 15th. Nervous I know it will be hard at first but I am determined. -
