I use the premier Protein shakes, in chocolate and vanilla. I get them by the case at costco. They taste good and my doctor approves them. I'm on my last day of the "liquid mile" as I have started referring to it. Surgery tomorrow and I have lost 17lbs in 13 days. I travel alot and need convenince, these taste good enough that I will likely continue them on travel days after I hit solid food. Good Luck ...
