I just recently moved bk to new jersey I was in phila Pennsylvania for most of my life

Im doing much better I def hit my Fluid goal but protien is still rough yesterday I got 25g in smh I move to full liquids tomo yogurt eggs and stuff so that will help with getting protien otherwise I feel good...walking a mile or more now and going bk to the gym tomo I had a rough start but everyday gets better and better how r u?

Ok so will I ever be able to drink normal again? I dont mind being full but I would like to take a drink again.... And any suggestions for the itchy incisions I mean mines are so bad when does it stop..... Im 6 days post op......also havent had a bm since the 20th is this normal?? And the belching when does that stop?? Ok for now thats all I got

Im cleared for yogurt and pudding next week which will be week 2 so that stuff abo u t leaks isnt true. Everybody doc is diff im 6 days post op and I find I dont have any problems drinking chicken broth when its real hot I drank 16oz in 1 hour but I am extremely full so im not gonna start bk sipping for another hour/drinking I dont feel normal but I do feel I get a lot of broth down in one sitting to fast...I was hoping im not the only one so I been searching the forum to find ppl who are like me

Lol I rather burp too lol I feel like I drink my broths to quick about 16oz in like a hour

Im finally going home I got dont 27 oz yesterday cant wait to have some broth today im actually a lil hungry lol just a lil tho and only for a lil broth I was regretting this but each day does get easier im glad im going home no more needles In my tiny veins

Although my tiny belly was so full from liquids today the sweet smell of chicken frying awakened my taste buds I fell asleeo and dreamed of chewing and swallowing it....it was horrible to wake uo wit the taste of watered down apple juice on my tongue but thank god im not hungry just miss chewing. ..and liquid pain meds are gross oh my goodness it takes me 4 sios to get it down and I have to brace myself for each sip bc my belly does some sort of rumble and then I burp smh... this is gonna be one hell of a journey BUT everyone is right every day is better than the day before I feel good 70oz of fluid down and 15g of protein im on my way yaaaay

Go girl I was sent home today too I got down 70 oz of liquid today well 50 so far but I plan on getting the rest before bed it was hard tho I been at it since 4am lol congrats girly u keep me posted and ill do the same!!!!

I cant waiy to get to this stage lol but ill be patient....and thanks for ya words of wisdom during my 10 day liquid diet I made it thru surgery went well I had to some trouble the firat couple days but now day 4 post op andbi feel much better

Well I have a rough start yesterday was pretty bad and so was this morning but im moving around more and im getting more fluid in than yesterday I had a bm and been belching and passing gas have to be caredul passing gas tho sometimes its a bit more than gas smh but today is better I cried all morning bc I was supoose to get out of here today and its my bday and the anniversary of my grandmother death so im very emotional but as I said things are betterand I pray im out of here tomorrow:)

You look fabulous I bought a bikini before my surgery it is a large I hope to fit it well in 6 months I can fit it but of course it looks horrible lol but go girl rock that sleeve!!!
