Thanks Ive heard so much about this app I guess I should get it

Im almost 5 weeks post op....and man ive thrown up maybe 4 times...i even woke last night dry heaving dont kno what that was about and it was a inky taste in my throat that wouldnt come up BUT.....IM LOOKING AT MY DINNER....its 4oz of talapia...smh and I never thought id ever say this but dayum ...its so much its looks like too much I only had 3 small bites and im like done...I started late today so I havent ate or drank much and I had an intense workout today smh so I need to get this fish down and my protien shot but im so full (never thought id say that either) I dont think its gonna happen. ...upside im really starting to love the mirror lol accept this week bc im on my monthly and extremely bloated tmi I kno sorry!!!!!!!

2nd time throwing up......and I mean I emptied my sleeve completely before I stopped was sharing a hamburger with gravy onions green pep and mushrooms with my mom and I was on my 4th bite I knew I couldnt handle it but I tried anyway and then the dreaded stuck feeling that normally calms didnt this time... I guess Ill try to eat again later....slower and a lil tiny bit

Lmao no way lol just the burger some gravy onions green pep and mushrooms lol no bread although I wonder bc bread crumbs was in the mixture u think that might have been to much?? I kept saying I didnt want bread crumbs but my mom thought it wouldnt be tender

Yes my food gets cold really quick and its so frustrating but I can eat beef I had a tiny piece of meat loaf last night...I dont eat pork at all tho...Im pretty sure I just ate to fast and to much and I really ruined it bc now I dont want anything at all for the rest of the night I threw up at 5 havent been able to eat since ugh ill try this again tomo.....

Im on soft foods

Im 4 weeks post op monday....I took 3 bites and shoild have stopped but I went for the fourth:( and that was it.... I cooked for my family and I so missed that meal im on soft foods so I knew I could have it but it was toooooo mucccchhhh toooooo fast ima try again in a few

4 weeks monday.....I was so mad that food was soo good

Can someone tell.me how this went for them i go tomorrow at 930 and i always panic when the doctor puts the gas mask over my month n nose holds it down and tells me to breath in....is it anything like that???? I would hate to need something else just bc im having a panic attack

I was sleeved 2 days before my bday spent my bday in the hospital not cutting cake

Hi guys I will be 3 weeks post op tomorrow. ..and it seems I have come down with some type of bug:( yesterday was throwing up with a sore throat today extremely sore throat slight headache and haven't been able to eat:( was suppose tobstart soft food tomorrow but my doc said go bk to liquids for a few days I took some liquid nyquil cold and flu in desperate need of relief also got some Tylenol for sore throats for the day time....it sucks getting sick in the summer hope to feel better soon bc I dont wanna end up bk in the hospital. ....anyway so far so good weight wise HW 294 PREOP 277 SW 265 CW 251.6 im 5'9 I only lost 2.8 this week I weigh on sundays I was a lil disappointed bout that then I got over it lol glar to see everyone is doing good hope w3 all keep in touch

It might be and of course it would happen when I dont have mich tummy to work with drinking some hot tea lemon and honey now we will see how tomorrow goes when I got off work I started feeling extremely tired then my throat was sore n still is then I just started throwing up yellow bile hope its better tomorrow im bk on Clear Liquids for a few days just when I was about to start soft foods ugh
