Aww guys thank you....I never knew I could feel so good....I feel so great about myself im so happy. ...ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY SLEEVE!! I can lie don eatinh and drinkingbis still roughy takes forever sometimes I forget smh but everyday get better im doing about 550 to 800 cal a day roughly I try anyway and liquids oh its wake uo early and sip all day and if I wak3 up late im screwed I get about 60 to 80g of protien via shakes and food and the gym is my second home now lol!!!!!

How far out were u before u had a pancake...so craving one
