I am new to my fitness pal..... cindybaltrip been banded since 07 and getting back on track!!!!

I apologize I did not weigh myself when i started. I know i should not fear that scale but I do.... My main reason for doing it was to make sure my pouch still worked. I had fallen off the wagon... but back on and super happy!!!!
