Can I exercise straight after lap band fill

Just wondering I am a bit confused. I am on 1000-1200 cal per day and exercise 500-600cal per day. Am I meant to eat extra say 1500-1700cal per day to compensate for the exercise and then my day to day living runs on the remaining 1000-1200 cal or do I only eat 1000-1200 cal and then burn 500-600 and then run off for the rest of the day with 500-600cal. I hope this does not sound confusing.

Just wondering at the moment I do 3hours of full on exercise twice a week but I am wondering if it is better and healthier to do 1.5 hour at the gym 4 days a week. Opinions people

I have had no problems as yet but saying that I stay away from pasta, rice, red meat and white bread.

I know this is not really a preg question but I thought being a group of wemon it would be good to ask here. I was banded on the 9th of may 2013 and skipped a period that month. I then had my period in June and July and they were normal but have not had one since and it is almost three months. Has anyone else had the same problem. I have lost 56 pounds in just under 4 months. My Surgion and dietian think it is because of the big quick weight loss.

I have done a couple of preg test incase of a miricle child. Got a IVF specialist appointment next Friday.

Thanks everyone. I am gonna try vodka with lipton diet iced tea peach flavour. You can drink 250ml for only 2cal and then just add the vodka calories. So quiet low if I added it up right. Does anyone know how many calories vodka has just by itself

I am 7.5weeks post op and wanting to start doing crunches but only light easy ones. When did your doctors give you the ok. I have been given the ok to run, walk and play netball/basketball so I am hoping I can do crunches

I workout 7 days a week. I mix it up a bit depending on how I feel. I either go for a 5-6mile walk or walk/run or I go to the gym for an hour and a half. I always burn over 500cal whatever exercise I pick.

Thanks guys. I already walk 6-7miles a day and have already lost 36 pounds since I started my 2 week post diet 9 weeks ago. I now wanna focus on toning my abs area and still continue walking of course.

I also county calories with my fitness pal and I stay between 700 and 1200 calories per day -

I started walking 2 days after surgery but it was only half hour of slow walking. Now I am just over 4 weeks post op and I do 6km and it is 60min run and 90min walk. I can return to netball next week aswell. -
I am 4 weeks post op and I have been told by a few people don't expect to loose weight at this time because you are healing. U won't lose weight until you get a fill. Is this correct.

Yes I have lost weight. I have lost 27lbs in 6 weeks. I think that's good.
